Please read these terms and conditions of booking and accommodation carefully before booking. By visiting, browsing or using our website and / or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions described below. When making a reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation policy, the rules in case of no-show and all additional conditions and rules that may apply to your booking or during your stay.


We are glad to receive you as our guest and we hope that our kindness will not leave you indifferent. We count, in turn, on your decency, careful treatment of our property, respect for neighbors and the work of our employees.

Dear guests! To avoid misunderstandings, please read this information carefully.


Booking of daily housing is carried out in several ways: Using the search form on the site, by phone number. In the booking form, please check the name of the selected accommodation and its location, information about the selected accommodation, date of arrival and departure, number of nights and price, read the amount of mandatory and the amount of mandatory prepayment.

When booking accommodation by phone, you must provide the following information to the Administrator:

  • Surname and Name of the Guest
  • Date and time of arrival and departure of the Guest
  • Number of required rooms and beds.
  • Number of adults and children
  • Email or phone number for communication.

If there are no rooms available on the date of interest to the Guest, the Administrator will send a notice of refusal to confirm the reservation, or may offer the Guest alternatives. These messages are sent to the Guest by e-mail or by the specified phone number.


The use of housing is carried out taking into account the rights and legitimate interests of citizens living in this housing, neighbors, fire safety requirements, sanitation, environmental and other legal requirements, as well as in accordance with the rules of use of housing approved by the Constitution of Ukraine. The rules of accommodation are the same and mandatory for all guests living in apartments Leo Apartment.

  • Check-in is carried out in the presence of a passport and 100% payment for the entire period of residence.
  • The apartments are intended exclusively for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the Administration «Leo Apartment».

  • Use of hospitality items, clean bed linen, interior items and household appliances;
  • Use of TV and Internet Wi-Fi;
  • For long stays, room cleaning, linen and towels are changed every seven days (or by arrangement);
  • Cleaning on request, change of linen and towels is available at an additional cost.
  • You only pay for accommodation. There are no additional fees or commissions.
  • Reporting documents are provided for legal entities and business travelers (discussed in advance, when booking).


  • Arrival time: from 13:00 at any time convenient for you.
  • Departure time: until 11:00 at any time convenient for you.
  • Check-in after 21:00 to 7:00 is paid an additional 100 UAH (transport costs + staff costs).


If you need to check in from 6:00 to 12:00 and you book the apartment in advance, it will be considered Early Arrival and it is paid separately in the amount of the cost for a full day of stay. Before your arrival the apartment is empty at night and in the morning as you arrive we will check you in immediately (Additionally discussed when booking accommodation).

Exception: If you book an apartment on the day of check-in with a desire to check in earlier and the apartment is currently vacant, then for early check-in in this case the fee is not charged.


If you need to stay in the apartment longer and your departure is scheduled after 12:00, then this departure is considered late and it is paid separately in the amount of a full day. (Discussed when booking accommodation).

The decision on Early Arrival and Late Departure, as well as on the additional fee for Early Arrival and Late Departure is made by the Administrator. It all depends on the employment density of the apartment.

Departure is carried out at the time specified by you at check-in. If the time changes, please notify us in 2 hours by phone. The Administrator or Maid arrives at the apartment to accept the apartment, final settlement and return the deposit (if any).


If the Guest announces his / her wish to leave early, the funds will not be refunded for the period paid by the guest.

Deposit (sum insured). At the discretion of the Administration of the apartment may be charged a deposit of 500 hryvnia. The deposit is returned after the guest hands over the apartment administrator and the keys, in compliance with the rules of living in the apartment.


If it is necessary to continue the stay in the apartment after the paid term, the Guest must notify the administrator. If possible, the Administrator will satisfy the Guest’s request to extend the stay. But if this apartment is already booked for these dates by another guest, the administrator may offer other options, or refuse in the absence of such.


  • The application for booking can be canceled by the Guest in the personal account in the menu item “My Reservations”, or by phone number specified on the website
  • Regardless of the payment scheme, the Guest has the right to cancel his booking request no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. The guest is refunded a prepayment of 50% of the amount made earlier.
  • If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.



In case of violation of any of the following items, the Administrator has the right to collect a fine or evict early without refund. In case of violation of the rules of residence (not specified number of people, noise, fights, complaints from neighbors, etc.) EVICTION IS IMMEDIATELY, regardless of the time of day, the money is not returned.


  • Walk around the apartment in shoes, especially on carpets.
  • Take the keys to the apartment with you.
  • Unemployed use of household items, rearrange furniture.
  • Use candles and foreign sources of fire and combustion products, explosives.
  • Provide false information about the purpose of the visit and the number of residents.
  • Leave the lights, water, gas and appliances on in your absence.
  • Carry out any repairs in the rented apartment (report the fault to the Administrator).
  • Leave (forget) personal belongings when evicting. When evicting, we recommend that you double-check that you have not forgotten your personal belongings.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking in the apartment
  • Disturb the peace of other residents (neighbors), disturb the neighbors with loud noises, especially from 22:00 to 8:00.
  • Carry out any manipulations with the heating and hot water supply devices yourself (report the faults to the Administrator).
  • Leave strangers in the apartment, as well as give them the keys to the apartment.
  • Stay of third parties in the apartment after 22:00.
  • Use the property of the apartment for other purposes (including bed linen and towels), take the property out of the apartment (room), damage it, and rearrange the furniture.
  • Leave open water taps unattended, electric stoves switched on, electric heaters switched on and other household appliances.
  • Store flammable materials, weapons, drugs.
  • The use of the apartment for loud parties is the basis for immediate termination of the contract (eviction from the apartment) without refund to the guest.
  • In case of loss of keys the amount of 200 hryvnias is paid by the Guest.

In case of discovery of forgotten things, the Administration takes measures to return them to their owners.

The administration of “Leo Apartment” is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment unattended.
