Is it possible to make a reservation without prepayment?
Most often, reservations without prepayment are not accepted except in situations such as:
- The client has made a reservation in the morning on the day of arrival, already at the station, at the airport or by car arrives in Lviv.
- In cases where the client has made a reservation on the day of arrival but arrives in Lviv in the evening, a minimum prepayment is required, how much accommodation is reserved for him, and the reservation is denied to other clients.

The price is higher than usual. Why so?

What is already included in the booking price?
Initially, the rental price already includes:
- Use of hospitality items, clean bed linen, towels, interior items and appliances;
- For long stays, room cleaning, linen and towels are changed every seven days (or by arrangement);
- Cleaning on request, change of linen and towels is available at an additional cost;
- Use of TV and Internet Wi-Fi;
- Personal hygiene products (toilet paper, disposable soap, disposable shower gel);
- Kitchen utensils and cutlery;
- Depending on the booked accommodation you may have an iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, etc .;
- Reporting documents are provided for legal entities and business travelers (discussed in advance, when booking);
